Roy Ogden Smith Cup
for High Aggregate in the Spring Show
and the
Roy Ogden Smith Rose Bowl
for High Aggregate in Division A of the Rose Show
(now known as the Summer Show)
First awarded in 1981. Roy Ogden Smith lived on Stormont Street and grew beautiful gladiolas. He was a very shy gentleman who was always willing to help out during his long membership in the club. He left some money in his will to the garden club, so the executive bought a couple of trophies and named them after him.
